Are these sylvestris or dactylifera? Been in the ground around 3 years or so - location is myrtle beach - zone 8b.

Did you see any suckers?  Hard to make out but there appears to be some, if so Dactylifera.

I don't recall seeing any but I didn't look very close. They're planted at a floral shop next to a bar I frequent, I'll take another look next time I'm over there.

I agree with @The7thLegend.  The palm to the left of the pole looks like it has suckers but the palm in photo #2 definitely looks to have suckers.  If these are all in the same location I'd say they're probably all dactylifera or more likely a hybrid Phoenix with dactylifera.

It looks like dactylifera. Someone ate a few dates and planted the seeds around the building.
