Sooo, Lychee and Longan are borderline here in the Central Valley , Mine do pretty good. But nursery plants are hard to find... And expensive. So I do my own airlayering. Easy peasy!

Here is a quick guide to I do Air layering Here in Modesto.

great video jeff.  my mom grows logan and lychee in miami but i am here in santa clarita in 9b zone.  do you think it will survive?  my lows are about 26F for maybe 4 hours longest.  thanks again.
