What is this on sabal palmetto trunk?

What is this on my sabal palmetto trunks? I notice it on all the trunks facing where the sprinkler spray heads so assume it’s water-related. Note that they are spray heads and not rotary, so it’s not a very forceful spray.

Sooty mold or Mildew, welcome to FL. Neither are a problem on the trunk. You could pressure wash it off if it bothers you.

Thank you! Great. I did feel the trunk and it was super firm and not soft so I was hoping it was nothing.
