Overall, she’s growing well and all the new growth  is fine. Repotted 3 months ago and added bone/blood meal, lesco 8-2-12-4, compost and some peat moss all in the blend. It gets filtered sun in the morning and mid afternoon. Is this some sort of blight?

Mate, I really don't know. I have no experience with that palm. But....

Could it be sunburn? And also the rest of the plant seems to be a bit washed out or with dark and pale stripes, that is not normal.

It looks like it is lacking something but I don't know what.

It would not grow well for me here, are you sure that it should grow well for you in south florida? i have no idea.

Some locals should be able to help you more.

It is not dead, it is just senescence.
