I have seedlings from last year and 2 years ago. These are great beginner palms imo. They are very hardy and grow quickly. These should do great for you.

I am going to start some Windmill Palms but I heard those are a little trickier...

I don't have any experience with windmill palms, but they sell them at all the local nurseries so I would think they can't be too hard to grow?
