I was at my local Wal-Mart and I saw these red bananas.  I like the color and know nothing about them.  The plants look nice big and healthy.  Are these good plants to have and also is the price reasonable or should I look for something else.  Any information that you may have I would appreciate it.  Thanks.

Pretty reasonable $, imo.. Good size too..  Fast growers that like lots of water.  Might plant them somewhere they won't suffer sun damage in the summer, and/or wind damage ( high winds will shred the leaves )  These sometimes have a habit of toppling over for no reason once big. Happens in CA -so often at least-.  Should withstand typical winter cold where you're at.
