Very sick Kentia Palm please help

I bought this beautiful palm but she has is very sick and I don’t know how to help get her back to health. Advise please

This looks like it has way to much water and is dying needs some very urgent TLC...A few things....

1. Take the Palm out of the pot and check for mushy roots. If so , take a very sharp knife straight edge NOT SERRATED and with one downward motion no sawing cut away bad roots. Take flower pot and soaked it Vinegar and Water for about 10 min. Replant with fresh soil with good drainage.

2. Cut or Pull away badly affected Spears and Fronds.

3. Reduce watering. NO fertilizer,

4. Pray :)
