Foxtail Palm had spot appearing on its fronds and trunk - 1st time Palm owner

I recently purchased two foxtail palms. They both have these brown/dark spots on the fronds and on the trunk in certain areas. I was wondering if any of you can tell me what is possessing my palms, lol? I’ve tried researching and it leads me to multiple things with no definite fix.

Also, not sure if this is something I should be concerned about, the last two photos of of the trunks. It looks as though something has been attacking the foxtail, it’s definitely not my dogs so I’m assuming it may be a bird. And there appears to be a small hole or in one of the trunks, not sure it’s it’s just apart of the tree growing. I didn’t measure for any depth was of it. And yeah he browning, is what I’m assuming to just be the tree growing?

Any advice you could offer this 1st time Palm owner would be greatly appreciated.

The spots are no concern, it’s a feature of this palm.

in regards to the damage, it could be anything, but I’ve seen similar damage on palms that have fallen over onto something and/or been dragged across something while lying down. When you purchased it, did you load it into a vehicle personally or get it delivered?
