@LivistonaFan @Neil C thanks for the ID. Was leaning that way but wanted to confirm. Only waggies I know of in town and I've never seen one shade grown.

Yea you gave me this one so I know of at least 2 places with them in town haha. 

The more I look at the pic the more apparent it is that those others are waggies. I'd never seen one in person until I got that one from you. Driving by the ones I posted above i almost thought they could be c. humilis grown in the shade.
