Hello!

Is it recommended to fertilize trachys and if so, what type of blend do I want?  I tried googling, but there wasn't any consistent info.  Some sites said 10-10-10, others said a different blend was best.  My palm is going on it's 3rd year with me and seems to be doing ok in the clay soil I amended with palm mix.  If I do fertilize, do I just want to spread the granules around the base and water it in?

Thanks!

Palmgain if you can find it.  Seems to be hard to get.  Or use osmocote outdoor.

This.  If you can find it Palmgain is a granular fertilizer that you can spread around the base or work into the top layer of soil.  I put it on about every 6 weeks starting in April and stopping sometime in September in my area.

Thanks.  I found some threads and this seems really popular.  BGI has it available on their website.
