Sick Robellini palm

Any ideas what might be making one side of my Robellini Palm be sick? Basically all new growth it gets, will not mature and starts dying or looking yellowish. I have sprayed anti fungi for almost 2 months and fertilized. The other side seems much healthier.

those are two different palms, P roebelinii is not a multi trunk palm but is often planted in multiples.  One of your palms is sick obviously.  These are a reduce water in winter here, let them dry out.  In the heat they do like water but in well draind soil.  They are somewhat sensitive to alkaline soil pH, but why would one palm be deficient and the one next to it be fine?  that goes for fertilization too, why is one getting the nutrient and the other not getting them.  Construction debris might be buried next to the poor looking one.  http://palmpedia.net/wiki/Phoenix_roebelenii#:~:text=Phoenix roebelenii is a small,Fertilize 3 times a year.&text=It has some drought tolerant,in moist well drained soil.

Formerly in Gilbert AZ, zone 9a/9b. Now in Palmetto, Florida Zone 9b/10a??

Thank you so much. They were both growing perfectly healthy. Then one started to die. Construction debris makes alot of sense.
