We don't rent it out.  We just use if for family.  My daughter and her family live nearby.

Looks really good. Now just keep the trimmers away. Seems like 9 out of ten N.C. landscape companies insist on taking most of the leaves off when trimming.

Thanks! I won't be trimming it.  I'll let it naturally shed leaves.  That should work, right?

That's the natural way. Any green left in any leaf is food the palm uses for itself.

This is how palmettos should look imo.  Nice and full. 

Not a fan how many places will trim these down to only allowing the plant to have a few leaves. It restricts the plant’s ability to photosynthesize
