Newly planted sabal palm question

Hello all,

I recently (February 2021) had 3 Sabal Palms planted in a row behind my home.  I'm in the Florida Panhandle zone 9a and I have a question about one of them.  Two of them are doing great, with noticeable growth and spears that are beginning to open.  The other on, not so much.  The spear is there, it's green, but hasn't moved an inch since it was planted.  It get's plenty of water and is rooting well (I shake them from time to time and notice they are getting harder to move so I know they're rooting).  Do you think this one is just focusing energy to roots?  How much time should I give it till I contact the landscaper that installed them?  They have a policy that they will replace the trees up to 2 times.  Anything I can try to give it a little boost?

I don't have any with me and I'm at work.  I can get some later.  But, the problem sabal looks like the day they installed it.  Has a green spear and hurricane cut.  Looks healthy, just no growth.

Heat and water is what they want.  It's still a bit soon to add fertilizer.  If it looks OK it might just be putting down roots and I'd give it another few weeks before adding fertilizer.  Photos would be helpful though.  If you see any issue with the spear I'd contact the landscaper but it sounds like they are rooting in OK.  I'm assuming that these are fairly large palms.

Give it some more time.  Palmetto (I'm assuming what you have) take a while to regenerate roots and start growth.  It will take up to 2 years to fully look healthy

Thank you for the replies.  Yes, they are florida sabals with about 8 feet of trunk.  We already have 4 of them that have been in the ground for 3 years and are looking good.  I will just keep an eye on it and keep it watered.  Beginning to get hot here, so hopefully it starts shooting up soon.

Like everyone here is saying your palm should be fine.  When you get the chance take pictures and post them. We are all palm freaks and love seeing pictures.

First pic if the crown of the sabal I'm referring to.  Second pic, you can see it flanked by the other 2.  Other pics, just for fun.........
