Someone is giving this away free.  All I have to do is dig it up.  I was thinking it was Butia Capitata, but it looks a little green.  Can anyone ID this?  Will it transplant well?

Definitely Butia but more likely B. catarinensis or B. odorata.  They transplant very well and this is a good time of year for that. :)

My largest Butia odorata has dug out and replanted 5 times in 5 different counties!  And it survived 9 degrees unprotected without requiring surgery!
