Rick your pictures really cheer me up. Love before and after photos. The first one looks like it could have been taken back in 1975, lol!

I always envy people who can get a nice layout...something I never seem to manage. The transformation is incredible, even if it is years ago. All I can say is all that and crotons too ?

Yah - way over due for updates. You can barely see the house now. Simply paradise. :wub:

Rick - need updated after photos. Backyard photos also as Mike (Waykoolplantz) has suggested. :lol:
