What annual rainfall and pattern are we talking about. What temperatures in summer and where are they positioned. On top of a hill, mid slope, bottom of valley, and if bottom of a valley is it next to a stream, soak or swamp.

Rainseason allmost daily rain for around 6-8 weeks from late june and onwards. Then it is completly dry the rest of the year. It might rain 2-6mm once per month. Tempratures are 35/15 in the peak in late may then drops to around 30/15 after the rainseason. Fall is around 27/10. Winter 25/5c. Bottom valley in the desert no stream nearby.

Interesting question.  I just "Google drove" around Durango, and I saw many thriving W. filifera/robusta and P. canariensis, and many less-than-thriving S. romanzoffiana.  TJ, do you think many of these are getting supplemental water?

haha yeah the Queens do improve after rain season though then they look good for a couple of months. Yes I am pretty certain that the palms in Zona centro gets supplemental water, but probably not that frequently. Many palms they plant on a depression so they can just fill up the hole with water for easy watering. I do see the watering truck at times, but not often.

I would think established specimens of the following species would be OK in your area, if you soaked them thoroughly every 2 months, and probably longer.  I don't know about the other species.  I am not an expert.

W. robusta

W. filifera

B. armata

P. canariensis

P. dactylifera

C. humilis

I’m thinking Washingtonia, Phoenix dactylifera, Phoenix canariensis, Brahea armata and possibly Bismarckia would be OK, but grow much better with irrigation. Obviously irrigation would mean that all would grow. All the species I chose put down deep root systems. They will follow the water down deep when surface water has long gone.
