Hi all!  I am a new member in Southern California (San Fernando Valley) and would greatly appreciate help in identifying this palm.  I had obtained it somehow about 10 or 12 years ago and.  As you can see, it is still relatively small at 2-3 feet high and no obvious trunk.  It is a fan palm with bluish fronds and what I believe is called a suckering habit as it has a very short trunk and many other plants clustered around it.  It has small green fruit.  Any ideas on what this is or how to propagate it?  I really like it and would like to know more about it.   Many thanks in advance!

Welcome to Palm Talk....There are much smarter folks on here than myself, BUT, let me give this a try.  This appears to be Chamaerops humilis .  If so, it was my first experience at germinating any palms from seeds.  They are one of the cold hardy palms at 6 deg. F, they can be a single trunk or extreme suckering palm.  They stay somewhat small compared to other species.  They will fill out like this one once planted in the ground.  Here is one germinated January 2010, I believe planted in 2016 and a more recent photo in 6-6-2021 with it's first seeds.419953420_MedFan6-6-2021.thumb.JPG.5ce5f4e528cd53dcb0ada011a7641c29.JPG
