Dypsis cabadae? - wrong fruit?

I have a Dypsis in my yard,  bought from Floribunda as D cabadae, and looking very much like it, which has set fruit after about 10 failed attempts.  But the fruit is 12mm x 10mm - whereas Palmpedia gives width 4mm to 6mm.  Is this variation possible, or is it not cabadae?  Or might it have hybridised with D madagascariensis or D leptocheilos growing nearby?

Thanks Ryan, I should have checked the grooves on the seed!  But still a bit puzzled - the only Ptychosperma I see hereabouts is the very common P macarthurii which has a pendulous inflorescence.  Gerry
