Good afternoon! 
Today I saw a Variegated Washingtonia in Tempe Arizona, in front of someone’s business. First one I’ve seen in person randomly around. Enjoy.

That is probably the best looking variegated palm I’ve seen. I’m usually not a “fan”of variegation but this one is great!

Very cool find! I've had seedlings come up without any chlorophyll,but never varigated.

Thats awesome...I like the stripped petioles and the coloration is

great in that palm,to bad the light part burns but they probably grow fastest enough to 

always be putting out some nice leaves :greenthumb:

Looks to be a filibusta so at least a couple of years before it flowers.  I've seen them flower and set seed here with as little as 6' of trunk.

Very good chance that SOME of the seeds will produce varigation. Varigated plants generally don't look good in Arizona blazing summer sun though.

That's awesome...  must be pretty rare?  I've never seen one.. thank you for sharing-   Overall it looks like the sun is hitting it a certain way.. way cool!
