Bank Palm Identification

I've been noticing that the palms at one particular bank chain are really nice, they stand out... I'm wondering if they fit any particular sabal cultivar.

These are from two locations. They both have a really sharp color to them. The trunks must still be growing and the ends of the fronds are gracefully stringy.

The smaller one did have globose seeds they were around 1/2 inch. I did not see inflorescence on the other with longer petioles. It seems to have a much wider spread...  possibly because they trimmed the other one... otherwise they seem to be similar...

they are both pretty tall maybe 9-10 feet on the smaller one... around 12 the other - guesstimate

The fruits were too large on the top one. The bottom (3rd photo) did not have visible fruits and seems too large... it's pretty tall

It reminds me of some others I've seen in photos
