Folks....first post on PalmTalk, so please excuse my lack of etiquette on the forum. After reading many posts, I am a novice compared to most of you, so I am really impressed with this forum and the knowledge it can bring me in the future.

I live in South Carolina & I started growing palms a few years ago and many from seed. I have nearly 200 hundred palms of various ages and sizes. Various date palms, several queens, Washintonia, Sabel Palmettos, Needle Palm, windmill, Cat. Christmas, Areca, and the list goes on and on. Mostly various varieties of date palm. (just for looks, not to grow fruit) I would gather seeds from various palms when I travelled to Florida and plant them to see what I could get. Two plants sprouted and I thought I knew what they were, but then I realized that I was totally wrong. Can someone ID this palm? It is about 2-2.5 years old and has been in a pot for the entire time of its life.

Appears to be a Sabal of some kind.  Maybe an expert can expand further.
