Attalea butyracea so cal seed grown

Does this seem small for Attalea butyracea ? I sprouted these last October . Healthy and steady but most of the Florida ones I seen have slightly larger leaves at this stage . These are grown outside in the elements no protection slightly under my Roof line . Took my winter as a seedling no problem .

That seems reasonable compared to the seedlings I have.  They probably stay solid leaves for a while longer, maybe starting to go bifid/pinnate with leaves about 3x that size.  I'll take a photo of mine tomorrow.

I forgot yesterday, here is a photo of my Butyracea seedling in the ground.  I planted it about a month ago, and it yellowed a bit from sunburn.  It's just starting to green back up and work on a new leaf.  Apparently I also forgot to add some mulch around it, because the weeds were already growing... I purchased this from Steven Garland, who sells at some of the Miami area events and occasionally sells on eBay.  I bought this one in September 2020 as a strap leaf, and the current leaves are now 12" long and 2" wide.

Here is a larger Attalea Brejinhoensis that I bought from Neil in Satellite Beach, he had brought several over to NatureGirl's sale on Saturday.  As you can see it's just now going pinnate, and the leaves are about 23" long and 7" wide.
