Hoping to get some insight as to what I can do to save this Foxtail. It seemed to all of the sudden start declining. First outer fronds started browning then new partially opened frond drooping and getting brown on tips. Almost looks like frost burn, but we haven’t had any cold temps yet. Don’t think it’s sunburn because it went fine during hard inland so cal summer with nothing. I sprayed fungicide and drenched crown with it. No other foxtails in close proximity show similar signs. It does have a new spear coming, but I can already see slight browning on it. Can I save it???

Check to make sure it actually is getting watered. H2O delivery system may have plugged up for that tree. Damage really just looks like lack of water...
