I have these good sized plumeria that have some spotty/variegated leaves, pretty sure its a nutrient issuse but figured I'd put it up on here and see if anyone has any other idea. Other than the spots the plants are in good condition and growing well. They are on drip irrigation and get watered 2-3 times a week depending on the weather and get fertilized 3-4 times per year with grow power plus organic fertilizer.

You might forward pictures to the SoCal Plumeria Society to get their thoughts..  There is a Mosaic Virus that effects Plumeria, but can't say that is what you're seeing.. ( some descriptions of the signs of it online, but few / no pictures )  If it is Mosaic, don't pass around cuttings.
