Sabal minor seed variability?

I may have posted this in the wrong forum originally, so I will post again here to get some opinions...

 

Picked up some sabal minor "bluestem dwarf palmetto" seeds from an eBay seller and noticed that 2 in particular looked more about the size of palmetto.

What is typical variability in seed size with sabal minor?

The two larger ones on the left are seen below:

@Dartolution I had a look at some of mine and there was very little variation in size.  Very consistent pea size seeds but there were a couple undeveloped smaller seeds, none looked larger.
