Worthing, Hove and Brighton, UK

Despite some poor, overcast, rainy weather; I ventured down to the south coast on Monday to photo-document some palms. I’m just going to pile in with the pictures. The first lot are in Worthing…

Now that’s Worthing completed we can move onto nearby Hove, which is full of Washies. 

 

I may have missed a few, but this will do for now. It took me about 3 hours to visit all these palms on Monday afternoon in the county of East Sussex. Since the days are so short in December here, I wasn’t able to see everything that I planned to. Pretty much all of these palms are in Worthing and Hove. I barely scratched the surface at Brighton, except for that big CIDP down a back alley, but by then it was 4:30pm and clearly too dark. Nonetheless I managed to see quite a bit in just one afternoon on that part of the south coast. It is only a 45 minute drive from my inland location.
