Hello,

I was wondering if anyone here could help me identify the problem with my Pygmy Date palm?  I will list some pertinent information below that hopefully helps.

  • Located in zone 10a
  • 6 - 8 hours sun daily
  • Planted 6 months ago
  • Watered once every week or so during current dry season
  • Appears spots are progressing further to newer fronds
  • Added fertilizer when planted 6 months ago

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks,

Slow release fertilizer should be applied once every 2-3 months during the growing season. Would probably fertilize ASAP since yall should be getting started with your growing season.
