So I was looking around Charleston South Carolina using google earth and I found these interesting looking cycads. I definitely don't think they are Cycas revoluta, but what do I know. Charleston is in zone 9a incase anyone needed to know to help with identification.

To get any better idea of species, you would need to leave Google Earth and actually go there to photograph with more detail.  That is unless through Google Earth and researching the parcel number you can find out who lives there, call them and ask them for photos or an id.  Cone photos would be immensely helpful, as well as seeing it actively flushing.  Fuzziness and color of the flush will help, along with detail photos of leaflets to assess whether they have teeth on upper, lower or both of the leaflets edges.

Photos not very clear, but if someone put a gun to my head and asked me, I'd say D. augustifolium.
