Boron deficiency?

Is this a boron deficiency in my Sylvester palm? If yes, how should I treat it? Or do I need to treat it?

Looks like it. If so, best is to fertilize with a product that includes minors, especially Boron. I use nutricote with minors. I also sometimes use boron crystals (just a few grains), but this is tricky because a little too much can be toxic to the palm.
