Zamia ID - was told that it is Z. fischeri

But seems to be Z. vazquezii.  Newest leaves are about 30”- 36” long.  What do y’all think?

Second plant was under a large laurel oak that came down during a freak major rain event this March.  12" of rain in one day during a month where the average is just over 3"  Ended up being a record rainfall for the month.

Also,

I checked the petioles and the only thing I could notice for spines was a couple of "bumps" near the base of the leaf, before the leaflets start.

If I recall correctly, there was some confusion about Fischeri and Vasquezii.  Basically all of the plants sold in cultivation are actually Vasquezii.  Since the previous owner was a real cycad enthusiast, it's entirely possible you have some real Fischeri, or perhaps both species!  I bought a bunch of Vasquezii from ChuckG, and in part sun or shade the frond lengths are in the 12-24" kind of range.  The lack of spines and the frond length does seem like Fischeri.  You could compare it to some of the photos here:
