Nice palms!

I know one survived in Roswell, NM (-11F) and Corrales, NM(2nights back to back -11f). 

Amazingly hardy!

No it’s a different house on same street that somehow managed to have a pair of Washingtonia live as well. The house is oriented just so they are all south facing with their root base very close to house. Once you get a few feet away from a building the survival rate was significantly less. Like maybe 50/50 against a house but in the open it was 10 percent.

it’s the little things plus Location location location! Anything at/near/ and below 10-12F was the real killer, 13F and above….lots of Washingtonia lived.

This doeviman survived 2021 with no foliage damage.
