Was given a Jeannie Moragne plumeria cutting about a year and a half ago and am getting my first flowers. These flowers are massive; ive never seen plumeria flowers this big have to be 5" - 6' diameter flowers.  Even the leaves on it are big, 18" - 20" long. Great cut flower as well; holds up for awhile.

Great cultivar..  Might need a year or two for the flower color to catch up ( a little paler than it typically would be )..

Jeannie / Jean Moragne in FL:

Btw, as far as big - flowered Plumeria cultivars go, Flowers on both " California Sally " ( ..or, sometimes listed as " Bud's CA. Sally " ) and  " Yellow Jack "  can exceed 7"

Its probably not getting as much sun as it would like. Should start to see a little more sun for the next few months as the sun starts to drop a little lower in the sky.  Color may start to get more intense with the more sun it gets.
