So what was established as sunburn has recently shown some spotting and fungal structures im wondering if it is normal looking for sun burn or is something else happening here? And is the severe yellowing of these seedling leaves is that normal sun burn or something added it just seems pretty severe. And the old leaf base is rapidly dying in a few days with white spots is that normal just seems odd I may be overthinking it.

You're overthinking it. That is just normal sunburn. Here is a picture of a couple of my royals, after removing a shade producing tree that had protected them in the past. This is a more severe case of sunburn, yet I have no worries.
