Took a stroll down the Riverwalk Park on the south side of the North Fork River.  They have a few interesting plants.

Are these Cyrtostachys renda?

A pretty massive Ficus/Benyan only a few feet from a restaurant.  Surprised it hasn't lifted the foundation yet.

Pretty sure that this is a Copernicia macroglossa (Cuban Petticoat Palm).
