Help me identify this palm shown in a 150 year old photo (revised)

Please help me identify the palm tree shown in this old photograph and tell me where it grows. I am trying to determine the location at which this photo was taken.  Thanks for any assistance!

Looks like a Washingtonian to me

Looks like it was taken in the 1890’s or something, so about 120-130 years ago. Good luck finding the exact location, given the sheer number of Washies out there. It could be absolutely anywhere from California, to Texas, to Spain, to Australia. The palm and house in question is probably gone altogether now. Unless you know the rough location of where it was taken, it will be like looking for a single needle in a million haystacks.

Thanks everyone. Based on your comments the photo must have been taken somewhere in the vicinity of the Black Sea in Ukraine. This would be in accordance with other info I have and must have been taken in 1892 or earlier.

Also important is the construction detail in that home in the background. Streets with proper sidewalks and street curbs.
