I was thinking about cutting off the deformed fronds especially the large crinkled one in the front because it seems to be holding up the new perfect frond in front of it. Any thoughts on this?

Good to see that it's growing out of that (apparently) transient funk!  As far as the distorted frond goes, personally I'd leave it unless it *really* bugs you.  It looks like mostly a cosmetic issue and the rest of the frond is nice and green and even.  So it's contributing well to the palm's health at this point.  Cutting it off would look nicer, but cutting any green frond is always some degree of infection risk.

@Merlyn I was thinking the same thing by not touching it.  It is growing fast again with two new perfect fronds and a third one starting. It had me worried that I was going to loose it .  But with your suggestions and a few others I just through everything at it and it worked.  Take a look at my Copernicia Alba post and take a look at the seeds on the palm and let me know any info you have.  Two more weeks to go and my new Cytophoenix Alba will be coming and get planted. It between 5 - 6 feet tall. So glad my Palm grower let me get thIs Palm that she was keeping for herself.  Thanks again for your help
