I use 1tbsp (natural plant based) liquid dish soap.  ½ tbsp canola oil & 2 cups tepid water in a hand sprayer.

Mix gently and spray both sides of the fronds. Treat every few days for a 10 day period.

Agree with @Las Palmas Norte.  And some species of palms are more prone to attack than others. Arecas and Chamaedorea tuerckheimii are spider mite magnets. Low humidity facilitates spider mite spread. The usual insecticides don’t work with mites. If the home treatment doesn’t work you may have to invest in a miticide, which are expensive and toxic so must be applied with caution - gloves, mask on a calm day.
