Take a photo with flash of the leaf undersides. They should be very noticeably silvery from the get-go, as in Palms Brisbane's seedlings, even without flash, but flash makes it more obvious. I don't see any silver undersides in yours, although this could possibly be an artefact of photography/light. Did you buy them as Kerriodoxa?

David, I am growing these and have propagated many seeds. Here are a few photos of the seeds, before and after removing the husk, and of the palms.

Saw this errant seeding coming up in an unlikely place, pretty sure it’s a Kerriodoxa. Looks similar to the others in this post eh?

Those are dope, but after seeing what the wind does to my Washy I'm hesitant to try more fan palms here
