Cycad Id

I know it’s hard to identify a cycad until it blooms but this one I have identified as encephalitis latifrons is that a possibility?

Encephalartos ferox mozambique form.  The best form IMO.  You are very fortunate.

I believe it to be a Dioon Argenteum, would that be correct?

Fingers crossed it takes root.

I don't see the curly hairs it needs to have.  Maybe they'll show up as the leaves mature a bit.
