In August of last year (2022) is spotted this growing under my Foxtail palm.  It has been dropping seeds for years and many of them sprout on their own.

This time one is variegated.  The real question is it a variegated Foxtail or a variegated Foxy Lady as there are three Veitchia arecina planted and fruiting about 10' from the Foxtail.

I dug a pit around it and flooded it for a few days so I could safely dig out the seedling.  Got it potted now and I've notice the variegation seems to become less on new fronds.
