First day of March, winter will hang around for another 2/3 weeks here in the North Country.

First time building some sort of boxed structure, we did have some pretty frigid temps, but the Wheather Channel did say milder than usual.

Sabal minor first winter pictures #1&2

Needle palm 2nd winter pictures #3&4

Lastly serenoa repens it was a tiny clump, it may come back, I will investigate later on....

Picture #5

Picture #6 my box made with leftovers.

I know them well enough. Also good idea to put lights on ground, although it also works by putting lights wrapped around the interior of the box, but I put on the ground or wrap palm in burlap and then put lights. Both ways work.
