Hello everyone!

I have 5 Christmas palms that seem to have an issue.  Recently I noticed that the new shoots are becoming brown in one spot near the tree and eventually fall off.  The new shoots look pretty healthy they are just falling off.  This is the first year I have seen this issue as well.  I have attached several photos and info about the trees below.  Thanks!

Region - Tampa Florida

Age - 2.5 years
