Bought this back in 2020  (Covid Palm) as Chambeyronia macrocarpa but looking how the crownshaft is colored I believe I lucked out and got Chambeyronia macrocarpa var. 'watermelon'

No question there. Good pickup. It should get more colorful/interesting with age.

A very nice specimen of 'Watermelon'.

It has a brilliant combination of the two colors. The green is dark, the ivory white is bright and they are mixed evenly. You can see the coloration extending down into the first internode ring at the bottom. It will have a superb trunk with many more rings like that one.
