I believe this Phoenix in the photo (-23.34599, -51.15614) is sylvestris. I haven't identified any others in the vicinity, but there are dozens of Phoenix roebelenii. In the last year it produced many seeds and I germinated several of them. I assume that these seeds were fertilized by neighboring roebelenii. What can I expect from the seedlings when it grows – something similar to the mother plant?

I think it looks more like a canariensis x dactylifera hybrid than sylvestris, so if it is hybridising with roebelenii, you'll be getting roebelenii x (canariensis x dactylifera) seed.

It’s definitely a CIDP with those fronds. The tighter cluster around the crown is not typical, or it just may by the seeds throwing it off. Also the trunk is not fat enough for a standard CIDP.

Sylvester fronds have leaflets in all directions, this does not.
