Bulletproof sabal palmetto seedling

I dug up this seedling when it had one leaf back in 2021 in austin, then planted it in ground in Dallas at my apartment last August, before realizing that this area floods every time it rains, completely submerging it, sometime by 10 inches of water. During the freeze this winter it was covered in several inches of solid ice and i figured it was a goner. Walked past it yesterday and saw some green. Amazing.
