Progress over the past 17 years on one hill side being terraced and planted.  Still have a few "shade" trees to cut down.

Cut out 2 more "scrubs" on the far left past weekendBridgeLeft.thumb.jpg.17494245adab2e2f6a60d788aca2d65e.jpg and named what's planted.  Only a few more hundred scrubs to go on the 2 acres.  Hope I live long enough to finish.  LOL   Wonder how much water they were sucking up that the palms and flowering plants can now  use.

Beautiful progress! You do a lot of back breaking work for retirement.

The only way to stay alive after retirement is to STAY ACTIVE.  I also bowl twice a week in Sr leagues and hike once a week for at least 6 hours w/elevation gains of at least 1000'.

Same section as the above this time from up top.

Finally got the last section of weed barrier down on the upper walk.  Both photos not quite from the same spot but close enough to see the changes shown in the above photos but looking from a different angle.

First photo from March of this year the second today.  Still more work to do.

Also started putting weed barrier down on the next walk way.  Wish I had made it a bit wider when I started 20 years ago.
