Local San Francisco offer, fresh Sabal causiarum seeds

Recommended Posts

I have some fresh (harvested about 5 weeks ago) Sabal causiarum seeds to give away, but this is a "come and get it" situation only.

I'm putting it out there in case anyone local to San Francisco is interested in growing one of these monsters. I live near the zoo.

I have a limited quantity and it doesn't seem likely, but if I happen to hear from a couple people, I can divvy them up.

Sorry, I'm not interested in mailing anything at this time.

PM me if you're local and interested.

Ok, no local interest in these. Not surprising as this palm is better suited for SoCal, gulf states or Florida/southern Atlantic. Maybe parts of AZ or NM also? I just happened into them.

If you think you can grow it, PM me your name and address and I'll send you some free. Still pretty fresh at less than 6 weeks since harvest of ripe fruits.

I only have a small quantity. I can mail out two envelopes, about 8-10 seeds each.

Will mail USA only, seeds pushed into corrugated cardboard or thin foam in a regular stamped envelope.
