It's a tailpot palm or corypha umbraculifera. I don't know where you live but they are not overly difficult to find in Florida.

I’m not positive, but photo #10 appears to be super stretched out bottle palms (Hyophorbe lagenicaulis) due to old age maturity? Awesome photos for sure

Correct. There were some than topped 30' in the garden they definitely look strange when they get that tall.
