This is probably nothing special, but it popped up in my yard in Laurel a few years ago and now it’s like 30’ tall so I’m curious what it is.

Unfortunately I don’t… I zoomed in some on the picture though and it’s a little clearer.

...Thinking Chinaberry, or Neem.  First one i'd kill.  Worth keeping if a Neem Tree.

Thanks! Looks like it could be either one, but the bark looks more consistent with neem… I’ll have to post another photo when I’m at the property next.

I would say it's chinaberry. Bark doesn't look like Neem and chinaberry is certainly more common as a weedy invasive.
