I have one with EXACTLY the same symptoms and I discovered that this black spots only appear on leaflets ( or part of the leaflet) exposed to the sun. It is absent on the part of a leaflet that is covered by other leaflet for example.... It is a kind of strange sun sensitivity. ( I made a post in the past about this problem on one of my ( B x J) x S. romanz.
